The alternative to swapping filters
The Ci4000 and Ci4400 Weather-Ometers use interchangeable glass filters to attenuate the xenon light spectrum. Changing filters requires disassembling the entire lamp assembly, which creates potential for breakage or assembly errors.

The new Atlas Sealed Lamp design incorporates all assembly elements – xenon-arc lamp, inner glass filter, outer glass filter and associated hardware – into a single, factory-sealed unit.
