Drying Ovens

Drying ovens designed for drying, sterilization, and heating up to temperatures as high as +300°C. Available in two configurations, they offer either natural air convection (SLN) or forced air convection (SLW). The SLN variant operates quietly, circulating air naturally without a fan, making it ideal for curing bulk substances. On the other hand, the SLW version utilizes a fan for even air distribution, ensuring stable operation and faster temperature attainment. With various models and optional accessories, these ovens provide efficient solutions for diverse drying needs.

Ideal for sample preparation, drying laboratory materials, and other processes that require precise conditions.  Temperature ranges from +5°C above room temperature to +300°C, allowing adaptation of drying conditions for different types of materials. Drying cabinets have been optimized for energy efficiency, resulting in minimal energy consumption while maintaining stable drying conditions.

Description

Temperature ranges from +5°C above room temperature to +300°C, allowing adaptation of drying conditions for different types of materials.

WITH NATURAL AIR CONVECTION

Drying oven with natural air circulation is a device intended for drying in the temperature range from +5°C above ambient temperature to +300°C. Natural air circulation means that there is no fan installed in the inner chamber, thanks to which the air circulates the chamber by gravity (natural). Such a solution makes this type of dryer perfectly suitable for curing bulk substances, because they are not blown by the fan. An additional advantage of dryers with natural circulation is the quiet operation of the device.

Drying ovens of our production can be equipped with many options and additional accessories (additionally paid) apart from standard equipment.

WITH FORCED AIR CONVECTION

Drying oven with forced air circulation is a device used for drying in the temperature range from +5°C above ambient temperature to +300°C. Forced air circulation consists in using a fan in the working chamber, which evenly distributes the air throughout the inner chamber. Thanks to this, the device operates stably and reaches the user-defined temperature faster, even at high chamber filling.
