Hand Lever Press Sample Cutter ( Model SDL-100)

The Super Dumbbell® Cutter (Model SDL-100) is a manual cutting press designed to easily punch test specimens from various materials such as plastic (elastomer), film, vulcanized rubber, paper, and fabrics. With its excellent operability, this cutter allows smooth, single-hand operation. The lever-controlled design ensures an efficient and precise cutting process with a force ratio of 1:15, providing consistent results for both soft rubber and soft film materials.

This robust and reliable cutting press includes a worktable with dimensions of 220 x 230mm, a cutting stroke of 0-16mm, and a cutter connection size of 25mm diameter. The SDL-100 also comes with standard accessories, including a PE underlay plate and 20 cardboards, making it an ideal choice for laboratories and production environments requiring high precision in specimen preparation
