Description

The Heat Gradient Tester (Model HG-3) is an advanced instrument designed to determine the optimum heat sealing temperature for packaging materials and cloth, as well as measure the heat sensitivity of delicate products like thermal paper. With five independently controlled heating plates, the device creates a precise temperature gradient, allowing for quick and efficient testing without the need to manually adjust temperatures. The device applies a constant pressure using an air cylinder, ensuring consistent testing conditions. The HG-3 is perfect for evaluating heat sealing, heat setting, and heat sensitivity, improving testing efficiency and accuracy.

With PID split control, the tester provides high precision and rapid temperature recovery. A user-friendly display shows all test conditions, while safety features like a two-hand start switch ensure operator protection. This versatile tool is ideal for laboratories and production environments looking to enhance quality control and product performance analysis.
