Description
Based on JIS K7139 and ISO-20753 standard, this device was developed and designed as a rational cutting device by combining our original product “Super Dumbbell® (replaceable blade method)” and technology and ideas with Idemitsu Petrochemical Co., Ltd. .
Features :
(1) Due to its compact design, it can be installed near the exit from the molding machine and can be cut instantly on the spot.
(2) There is no sprue or runner cutting (pretreatment).
(3) There are no burrs, etc. on the cut surface, and the cut surface is almost vertical and can be collected in extremely good condition.
Method of operation :
1) Set the injection-molded type A1 test piece on the moving table (Considering safety and workability, set the test piece on the front side.)
2) Move the moving table to the punching position and lower the lever to complete the work.
